To Whom It May Concern,

We are writing to you on behalf of the Parents & Teachers of Thorntons Ferry School ("PTTF”) requesting from you, a donation to support the Thorntons Ferry Elementary School’s (“TFS”) 41st Annual Holiday Craft Fair. The Craft Fair is scheduled for Saturday, November 18th, 2023.

Your donation will be used within our Raffle Basket Room and/or within our Silent Auction items.  These items assist in directly raise funds to be utilized throughout the 2023-2024 school year.

The PTTF provides funding for programs which afford enrichment to all students’ learning experience(s), the social/emotional development, learning opportunities for students as well as events that assist in increasing a sense of provide within the TFS community!
