Three Valleys Public School – a school of almost 300 elementary children and their families in North York, will be holding its 30th Annual Fun Fair Fundraiser on Saturday, June 1st, 2024! 

This Kindergarten through Grade 5 educational institution has an exceptional teaching and administrative staff, and a very diverse student population with parents that deeply care about the quality of their children’s learning experience. Like most small schools there is an ongoing need to raise external monies to support and enhance the materials and programs at Three Valleys. We run Pizza Lunches, Book Sales, Bake Sales, Movie Nights, and other money raising events. But this revenue, while used efficiently, still falls short of what Three Valleys requires to maintain the quality of education that our community desires. 

We hold one event each year that has become the determining factor for the number of initiatives that we can undertake in the following year...the Three Valleys Fun Fair!  At this community event that draws about 1000 people, we run the most vital revenue generating activities of the year such as the silent auction.    

We would be very grateful if you or your organization is able to contribute:

an item or gift certificate that we can put up for bid on our silent auction tables. It can be products or services or merchandise with your company logo. We are happy to include any signage, flyers or business cards by your item(s) (seen by the 1000+ attendees of the Fun Fair)
OR

a sponsorship for one of the activities such as food or the inflatables that the children will enjoy.  We are happy to include any signage, flyers or business cards and add your logo to our sponsor board (seen by the 1000+ attendees of the Fun Fair)
OR

a monetary donation to support the Fun Fair – tax receipts will be automatically issued to any online school donation over $25
Everything is appreciated. 

The monies we generate from the Fun Fair are used for a number of initiatives that all further enhance the educational experience for our children, such as new library features and reading materials, classroom technology, field trips to educational venues, enhancements to math manipulatives and literacy program materials.
