Join us in our mission to raise funds to support the 660+ students and the faculty at Bancroft Elementary School in Walnut Creek.
We are preparing to host one of our largest fundraisers of the year, the Spring Auction & Gala, and we need your support to make it a success! Our annual auction fundraiser will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 and its success depends on the generosity of our community.
The funds we raise help to supplement programs that have been eliminated due to budget cuts, including science, computer technology, music and art programs. The majority of our budget goes to funded positions including classroom teaching aids, math specialists, and additional counseling hours for students, the rest goes to supplies, our garden program, enrichment and community events. Our goal is to raise $65,000 with this event.
Each and every donation makes a difference as is greatly appreciated. We would love to have your business represented at our auction. Each donor will be given recognition in our printed auction program and featured on our event website. Our community loves bidding on gift cards, experiences, services, tickets, and items from our local businesses.
We also offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities which can strengthen awareness of your business among our families. Sponsorship packages start at $250 - more details are available upon request.
