A sell-out event, we are expecting approximately 350 supporters, including businesses and community leaders, to gather and support Trinity Lutheran School located in Central Missouri.

Many months and hundreds of volunteer hours are spent in preparation for this fundraiser. This event continues to be the single largest fundraiser for our school and for our event to be successful we strongly rely on the support of our local businesses and community leaders.

Trinity Lutheran School is a PreK-8th grade school that is honored to serve over 300 students of faith each school day. Our school is known throughout mid-Missouri for its academic excellence and faithfulness to community service. Fundraising efforts at our school play an integral role in the quality of student life, the creativity of our teachers, enhancements to many of our programs and improvements to our classrooms and buildings.

Tangible items, services, sporting event tickets, vacation packages and gift certificates are all examples of auction donations we have showcased in past auctions. We are also seeking monetary donations to purchase auction items and/or offset the costs associated with our event. You may also buy a ticket for $65 or a table of 8 for $500 which covers dinner, adult drinks, trivia, and dancing!

If you can make an auction or monetary donation to our event, we ask that you also indicate the fair market value of your donation item. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. All donations to our school are tax deductible.
