Description

The Chabot School Parents Club is seeking donations to raise money to support the students at Chabot Elementary School. Chabot Elementary School is a Castro Valley public school with over 470 students in grades K-5. We are proud of our school for its quality education, diversity, and family involvement. The Chabot School Parents Club, through events and fundraisers, raises money for important programs, developmental tools, and equipment such as:


Science lab instruction for kindergarten through 3rd grade students,
Chromebooks, iPads, and school supplies for home and classroom use, and
Educational field trips.

Chabot School Parents Club fundraising proceeds also pay for educational support and enrichment programs such as the math skills program, and classroom furnishings. In addition, we help to reimburse our teachers for classroom expenses and school supplies.


Our biggest fundraiser of the year is our walk-a-thon event, also known as Tigerthon and will be held on May 3, 2024.  The Tigerthon 2024 theme is the 75th Anniversary, as our Chabot Elementary School turns 75 years!!  Our goal is to raise $50K.  We like to encourage students to participate and your donation will be used as a prize for students who raise the most money or walk the most laps.
