Dear Community/Business Partner,

First and foremost, we want to THANK YOU for your time and considering our organization for a donation.  Fall carnival is one of our PTA’s primary fundraisers to help fund school improvement projects, cultural arts events, support teacher grants, and to provide for student needs.

The time has come again for Timber Drive Elementary to host our annual Fall Festival, Howlabration.  The FUN-FILLED event will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 5:00pm-7:00pm.  Your support would help our event to be another huge success!  You can help in one of the following ways:

1)     Monetary donations or sponsorships

2)     Items for onsite raffles and silent auctions (ex: sports tickets, gift certificates, electronics, gift baskets, etc).

With monetary sponsorships or product value, you have the opportunity to donate at a PLATINUM, GOLD, SILVER, or BRONZE level.

¨  Timbro Platinum Wolves $150 or more -We will insert promotional Item (provided by business/donor) in Event Bags, Name/Logo on Event Banner, included on Newsletter, Website Representation on auction site ad space, promote on Facebook

¨  Howling Gold Wolves $100 -Name/Logo on Event Banner, included on event Newsletter, Website Representation on auction site ad space, promote on Facebook

¨  Pack Silver Wolves $50-Name/Logo on event Newsletter, promote on Facebook
