The Tom Hicks Elementary PTA invites you to join our Annual Fall Carnival, as an event sponsor.  This annual community event is the biggest fundraiser for our school and is attended by approximately 1,000 people from local communities.  Our families and administration are so excited for this outdoor, in-person event!

*Included is a list of the local neighborhoods that are zoned for Hicks Elementary and will be in attendance*  

The Hicks Fall Festival provides an opportunity to promote your company to the local Frisco community and to support the teachers and students of Hicks Elementary.  We welcome the following forms of support:

1.) Execute an interactive booth at the festival
2.) Sponsor a ride at the festival via monetary donation
3.) Donate merchandise, services or gift card that can be utilized for the silent auction
In return for your support, we will happily include your logo and website link on PTA social media, school newsletters as well as signage on-site at the festival.  

The money raised at this event funds school equipment, classroom supplies, technology and so much more to benefit the students and teachers of Tom Hicks Elementary.  Our goal this year is to raise $5,000 through local business sponsorships to go towards rides and entertainment to make our event a success.

If you can contribute or execute a booth on site, please kindly let us know.  If you’d like to make a monetary donation, please make your check payable to Tom Hicks PTA and write “Fall Festival” in the memo line.  If you have items or services you’d like to donate to our silent auction, our silent auction donation form is attached.

Contributions are tax deductible. A receipt with Tax ID can be provided upon request. The deadline to sponsor this year’s event or provide an item for the silent auction is Friday, October 8th.
