We invite you to partner with the Gift of Hope Community Foundation to support Tony’s Par-Tee Golf Outing on July 19, 2025 at Hughes Creek Golf Course in Elburn, Illinois.  Your support will directly impact the crucial work we do as the philanthropic and fundraising arm of the Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donation Network (Gift of Hope).  Gift of Hope is the largest organ procurement organization in Illinois with a service area of over 12 million.  Annually our fundraising efforts support more than 4,000 donor families that benefit from Gift of Hope programs including donor family resources, education about organ donation and transplantation, and research and development.

Tony's Par-Tee Golf Outing is held in memory of Tony Capozziello who at 30 years old suffered a traumatic brain injury and became an organ and tissue donor through Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network (Gift of Hope), saving more than 20 lives.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit Gift of Hope vital programs and services. 

Supporters will be recognized on marketing material for Tony’s Par-Tee and on all social media posts for the event.  Your logo will also be prominently displayed at the golf outing.
