Topeka Drive PTA will be holding its annual “Tiger Trot”, a student-led FUNdraiser on Friday, September 20, 2019. This fundraiser is to involve students, staff and the community, to encourage student’s physical fitness and exercise, while raising money for our school’s YMCA Play/Psychomotor program. The fundraiser will benefit all students, as the money is directly funded into the school’s YMCA Play/Psychomotor program, which is taught by our wonderful local North Valley YMCA. Research has shown, that physical activity improves the health, brain power and overall mental well-being of children. Thus, we want to ensure that all students at Topeka, will continue to have the opportunity to receive these essential health benefits. We would appreciate if your local business could make a raffle donation to our “Tiger Trot” fundraiser, as it would encourage school-wide participation.
