The Total Health Fest is a fun, informative and interactive event for the whole family. We will have healthy lifestyle activities for all ages from children to adults. There will also be vendors and speakers from the health, fitness & wellness industry to make live presentations and/or demonstrations as well as food vendors where you can get lunch or sample food products.
