Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about our wonderful school and Parent Teacher Organization. Our school Bayshore Middle School located in the Leonardo section of Middletown, NJ is part of a larger district but we have that small town feel. Our school consists of approximately 635 sixth, seventh and eight grade students. We are one of three middle schools in our district, and have felt the repercussions of the state budget cuts.
Our PTO fundraises throughout the year to alleviate the financial burden from our parents and educators, that would otherwise fall on them due to these budget cuts. Our gift auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. We seek help from local, national, and small businesses to help us make this a success. This year our gift auction will be held virtually Friday, April 30th.
We have set up a dedicated website for our event. We will be using this website to link our sponsors websites and company information, provide information about the event, and when the event gets closer we will be selling tickets for the event. Our website address is www.bayshoregiftauction.com. We anticipate 250 - 300 members of our local community to attend our event. We will also have a professionally designed and printed brochure the night of the gift auction where your company name, web address and logo will appear.
