Coastal Kids Home Care–California’s only non-profit pediatric home healthcare agency. We provide high-quality home health care including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and palliative care to medically fragile children. We serve four counties, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey County. We are hosting our first annual Touch-A-Truck San Jose on April 15, 2023, at History Park San Jose. This event will include a parade with classic cars, as well as  delivery trucks, construction trucks, school buses, and first responders' vehicles parked along the History Park all available for kids to explore! We are so excited to put this event on for the community and for our patients. 

We are reaching out on ways we can partner to make this a successful event for the community! One of those ways is through in-kind donations! We are seeking in-kind donations to raffle off throughout our event in hopes to meet our fundraising goal. We never turn a family away because of their financial need, and through this event, we can keep supporting medically fragile children.
