Tour De Pier
Sporting Event for The Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer ResearchMay 19, 2019 from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Get ready, get set and pedal for a worthy cause at the 7th Annual Tour de Pier stationary cycling fundraiser. The Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research is making plans for the upcoming Tour de Pier charity event and we’re asking for support from the community.
Held on May 19, 2019 thousands of cyclists will hit the iconic Manhattan Beach Pier to eradicate cancer at the award-winning fitness charity event. The Tour de Pier is one of SoCal’s most unique fundraisers that benefit a trio of non-profit cancer charities: the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research; the Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach and the Uncle Kory Foundation. This stationary cycling event features 400 stationary cyclists fundRIDING outdoors at the iconic Manhattan Beach Pier, a health & fitness expo, live entertainment, and hands-on activities throughout the five hour event. Thanks to generous sponsors, private donors and community members, the Tour de Pier had raised more than $5.6 million for cancer charities!
We hope that your business will join us in the fight against cancer by making an in-kind donation in support of the Tour de Pier raffle and/or auction. This is a fun and exciting way for Tour de Pier participants, spectators and members of the community to get to know small businesses, restaurants and corporations located in the surrounding South Bay area. Making an in-kind donation to the Tour de Pier raffle is also an opportunity for your business to market to the Manhattan Beach community and support a worthy cause.
