Good Samaritans Inn Phrase 2 and 3, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization located in Atlanta, Georgia since 2017, we intend to develop a newly transitional housing facility in economically distressed zipcodes 30314, 30315, 30318, 30310, 30311, 30349, 30297, 30260, 30281, 30236, 30238 with supportive services to provide services to traditionally underserved population such as (based on race, ethnicity, sexual or orientation gender identity, age, etc...) in the region. Good Samaritans Inn Phrase 2 and 3, Inc. works with clients to develop and maintain relevant and meaningful case plans, and provide concrete case management, access to in-house and external resources. Meet regularly with clients to support case plans accomplishment, and take into account all relevant considerations, such as the program participants current or expected income and expenses; other public or private assistance for which the program participants will be eligible and likely to receive. The project will serve about 30 households with temporary housing assistance with supportive services for participants who are homeless or in need of housing assistance from 05/01/2023 to 04/31/2026.
