Description

Join us October 5th, 2019 for a fun morning of golf, skill shot games, foodand drink. The proceeds from the Transplant Families Golf Tournament will benefit families dealing with pediatric transplant. When children receive a life saving transplant, that is only the beginning of recovery. Transplant families aims to alleviate some of the many challenges faced by these families with educational resources and support. There are over 600 transplant families (bone marrow, heart, kidney, liver and lung) in Arizona alone that can be helped (or reached) by your support.

We provide assistance, support groups at Phoenix Children's Hospital and education for families. Help us celebratetransplant patients like Stephen, who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in June 2014. A genetic anomoly greatly reduced his chances of survival so he required a bone marrow transplant (BMT) in October 2014. Though he’s faced many challenges in his young life, he’s now enjoying his freshman year at Lake Forest College in Illinois. Or Daisy who overcame a congenital heart defect with a heart transplant at 2 months of age. She continues to stay strong and has recently started preschool. Or Dylan, who was born with dilated cardiomyopathy and had a heart transplant at 8 months old. Dylan is now 10 years old and lives life to its fullest. He recently won 5th in state for wrestling in his age and weight group.

We hope to see you for a wonderful morning of celebrating medicalmiracles and support for those currently waiting for their gift of life. All of this while enjoying all the fun that Top Golf has to offer.
