Join us for an inspirational and Informational event for solid organ and bone marrow transplant families.
We'll discuss how transplant affects the entire family, siblings, parents and all. How to keep everything together when you are saving your transplant kid. There will be a donor tribute celebration. Prizes, food and so many transplant resources. Childcare is available.
