Tri-Fit Women’s Ministry is a women's health and wellness non-profit organization, taking a whole person approach to physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.  This year Tri-Fit is excited to be offering a new branch of the ministry, The Inlet Center for Hope, that will specifically work with women struggling with stress, anxiety, and mild depression. 

We understand that women can better succeed in their roles within their homes, in the workforce, and in their communities when they have the education and support to better take care of their overall wellness.
 
Our benefit auction and dinner will be held October 21, 2021, where our guests will enjoy special speakers, testimonials, and an amazing dinner.

Our online auction will go live October 14th and last year it reached almost 2,000 people!  The online auctin will end at the end of the benefit dinner.
