Dear Sir or Madam: 

The Milton Tri-School PTA is pleased to present this year’s annual Tricky Tray. It will be  held Friday, February 21st, 2025. As our largest fundraiser of the year, this tricky tray raises a large portion of our funds that benefit and support the students in our elementary schools

This Tricky Tray provides the funds needed to support approximately 1,000 students in our  community. We would deeply appreciate any donation of goods, materials, tickets, or  promotional items that your company might be interested in contributing for use in our  fundraising event. We anticipate over 400 guests at this eagerly attended event. In addition  to exposure to our guests, your business will also receive written recognition in our event  program.  

We hope we can count on you as one of our supporters. The PTA has proudly funded  programs and assemblies, provided materials and supplies, and planned events and  activities for the elementary students of our community. This event ensures we can  continue to contribute to their success in the future.
