It is with great excitement that Washington School PTA is preparing for its first tricky tray fundraiser.

 
Washington School PTA is a nonprofit association composed of parent and teacher volunteers that strives to serve a diverse body of over 400 students of a Title I K-5 elementary school. We provide school assemblies, Summer Enrichment Program scholarships, free family activities such as Back to School Social, Trunk or Treat, Movie Night, etc. We also provide Fifth Grade graduation activities, Teacher Appreciation, Book Fair and WInter Shop.

The PTA relies on the proceeds generated from our fundraiser to continue providing programs.

During the auction, participants bid on goods and services that have been donated by supportive members of the local business community.

 Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 to help provide scholarships and activities for Washington School students.

 This year’s fundraiser will take place at 5pm on April 13th, 2024 at Washington School and we need your help to make it successful.

 Gift certificates, merchandise or a sponsorship from your business will spark interest among our attendees and help raise the funds we need to meet our goal. We will be hosting over 100 families and their friends, which will provide your business with great exposure. In appreciation for your generosity, your organization will be listed in our program, which will be distributed to all of the school’s families, their friends and work colleagues, and your name will be prominently displayed alongside your donation as the sponsor of the prize.

 Donated items must be received by March 20.2024. All donations are tax deductible (Tax ID  871432326) We will kindly provide documentation of our nonprofit status.
