The Forum School Parents Association is having our 3rd Annual Dinner/Tricky Tray/Silent Auction on November 30 at The Fiesta in Wood Ridge , NJ. . Our tax id is 23-7013675 and we are a 501(c)3 charity. We support The Forum School at 107 Wyckoff Ave, Waldwick, NJ 07463.
Our school serves children and young adults ages 5-21 with Autism and other related learning, language, behavioral and social challenges. We are hoping you are able to make a donation to help support our special children and their amazing school.
