The Piscataway High School Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) is
starting to prepare for our annual Tricky Tray Fundraiser which will be held on
Friday, March 1, 2024 at Piscataway High School, 100 Behmer Road, Piscataway,
NJ 08854. This event is very important to us as it is our largest fundraiser for
the school year and gives us the means to support our teachers, students and
staff.

As in the past, the success of our fundraising event depends on contributionsfrom sponsors who generously donate various items to be put up for
auction. Not only does your item benefit our program, but your business as well.
With over 350 attendees at our event, this is a fantastic product placement and
advertisement opportunity for promoting your business.

Your donation can be in any one or more of the following forms:
• physical merchandise or gift certificates for products and/or services,
• monetary donations with which we will purchase items to raffle off, or
• Event Sponsorship.

All donors will be recognized in the event program booklet on the night of the
fundraiser. In addition, Event Sponsors will be named on our promotional flyers
and on social media. “Chief” level sponsors will also have their company logo
placed on banners and prominently displayed the night of the event.

The Piscataway High School PTSO is a recognized 501c3 organization (Tax ID 47-
3047545) and all donations are tax deductible in accordance with IRS
regulations.

The attached donation form can be filled out and returned to us by January 26,
2024. You may contact us to make pick-up arrangements for your donation or
