The Tuxedo Parent Teacher Organization is a non-profit organization serving the students at the George Grant Mason Elementary School and George F. Baker High School of Tuxedo, NY. We are a small district and the students from the district rely on the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) to provide funding for many endeavors throughout the school year that are not covered by our school budget. Some of our contributions include classroom equipment, technology upgrades, after school programs, enrichment activities, college scholarships, student financial assistance and many other educational and enhancement opportunities throughout the year.
The PTO will be hosting our annual Tricky Tray Raffle again this year! We are in need of your support for our school district to make this raffle possible. A donation of a gift card or a gift basket from your business or family would be greatly appreciated. The proceeds from the event will be used to fund the programs and services mentioned above. In addition, each class is asked to contribute a class basket with a specific theme.
Your business or family will be recognized on displays at our schools on May 21st for our raffle ticket presale event and on June 14th when we draw the raffles at our End of Year Party at Character’s Restaurant. As a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, your donation is fully tax-deductible. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO’s tax-exempt ID number for your records. Our tax ID # is 26-0491190.
