Dear Friend of SRA,

After a two year hiatus, we were so grateful to once again gather in support of the people and programs of Sebastian Riding Associates.  Our Derby Dine and Dance event became the Triple Crown Gala and although the attendance was half of what it has been in past years, together we hit a new high in financial support raised. 

Sebastian Riding Associates is one of the oldest equine assisted programs in the country providing a variety of programs for individuals living with varied physical and cognitive disabilities and mental health challenges.  With the help of our creative and compassionate staff, dedicated volunteers and 18 hugely talented equine partners we transform lives and that is worth your attention and your support.

As a nonprofit, the financial support of the program by the community is an integral part of our existence.  We subsidize nearly 1/3 of the cost of each lesson so that we are able to continue to offer our services at a cost that is reasonable and affordable as this is an “out of pocket” expense for the majority of our students.   This is only possible through fundraising events such as the Triple Crown Gala.
