To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing on behalf of Freeburg School District 70 to request a donation for our silent auction and trivia
night scheduled for January 11, 2024. At this event, typically attended by about 300 community members, we
auction off gift cards, services, and merchandise generously donated by businesses like yours. The event
proceeds will help pay for various items that will help improve our athletic programs. Being a small rural
school district, we rely heavily on fundraising to provide for our athletic needs. Our past trivia night allowed us
to purchase new uniforms for some of our teams. We are hoping for this one to allow us to purchase new
equipment our teams need. Many times, we must ask other organizations to pay for these items. We are
hoping that this fundraising event will help us support ourselves in this area.
We would greatly appreciate any donations you can make. Should you choose to donate for the silent auction
