Hello Sir or Madam,

I am excited to introduce to you a very special organization, Cedar Hill Homeschoolers! CHH is a Christian homeschooling cooperation operating as a 501c3 organization in Jefferson County. We serve over 60 local homeschooling families through educational enrichment and as a social outlet. To make this accessible, we raise funds which are then redistributed to our families in helpful ways, such as in the form of class scholarships. We are hosting our 9th Annual Trivia Night and Silent Auction on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at Raintree Church in Hillsboro. All money raised from this event helps to reduce the cost of classes for CHH families. What types of classes you may ask? This semester alone, we are serving over 150 students by offering over 30 classes ranging from choir to robotics, biology to entrepreneurship, and SO much more! But we need help! Here’s where you can come in, and we prayerfully ask that you consider: 1. SPONSORING A ROUND - For $200 your business can sponsor one of ten rounds. Your business’ name and information will appear on all the question sheets for that round as well as projected on the screen during that round. There will also be a list at each table with all the sponsors that helped make our trivia night possible. 2. SILENT AUCTION items - We will be hosting a silent auction throughout the evening. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Possible donation items include merchandise, gift cards, gift baskets, etc. 3. MONETARY DONATIONS - We are grateful for donations of any amount - even if you can’t sponsor a round! 4. JOIN US - We would love to have you attend! The cost is $15 per person or $100 for a table of eight. Our organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the standards of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Therefore, your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you have any questions, a donation that needs to be picked up in person, or want to purchase tickets, please call or email.
