Our mission is to promote, maintain, improve and protect the quality of care for older adults and adults with disabilities living in St. Louis City, so they may live as independently as possible with dignity and respect. Your support will ensure Five Star Center can continue offering integral services!

Time: Cocktail Hour Begins at 6pm, Trivia Begins at 7pm

The winning table will receive a cash prize of $250. Most importantly, the winning table will also receive bragging rights for an entire year! Tables are $250 each and includes seating for 8 with access to our open bar.
