Troops and Coupes
Other Event Type for Mental Health Association of Greater ChicagoNov 13, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM
The Mental Health Association of Greater Chicago is a non-profit organization founded in 1957, and our mission is to maximize the mental and emotional wellness of the youth, adults, and families of our communities by promoting prevention and increasing empowerment through our education, collaboration, and support programs.
At the MHAGC, one of our educational programs is called Vetted2Live, where we provide veterans with education, support, and resources to overcome mental illnesses such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). The program is also for the families of veterans, where we show them how to help the heroes effectively.
We are hosting a fundraiser event called Troops and Coupes on Nov 13, 2022, held at Klairmont Kollections Museum starting at 1:30 PM. Our event is about honoring veterans for serving our country and communities. Our event's theme is "GREASE," which includes food, viewing of cars from the early 20th century until today, and a silent auction.
