I am contacting you on behalf of Fuerte Elementary PTA, located in El Cajon, CA.

We are planning our annual spring fundraiser.  This year's event, Tropical Nights, a gala including a silent and live auction, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 20, 2023.  Our school’s success depends on fundraising events such as our Spring Auction.  One hundred percent of the profits will go directly to the school to support and enhance the student’s learning experience. Funds raised will help support our science and art programs, provide additional technology in the classroom, fund all our student educational field trips and assemblies, as well as provide much needed P.E. equipment.

Our event, being held at the Singing Hills Golf Resort, will be attended by people from the surrounding communities. We expect our guests to include community leaders and business owners as well as parents and teachers at Fuerte Elementary (NCES School ID 060681000614).

We invite you to contribute to the success of our exciting evening by donating goods, admissions, or services for our silent auction.   We appreciate your consideration.
