Dear Community Partner,
I’m writing on behalf of the Tropical Elementary PTO to request a donation for our BINGO fundraiser scheduled for May 3, 2024. At this event, typically attended by parents, staff, and members of our community, we auction off donated items through a tableside silent auction and a 50/50 ticket raffle. The event proceeds will help pay for teacher classroom needs and go towards beautification efforts within the school.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. If you choose to make an auction item donation or donate directly to our PTO, your business will be recognized at the event, on the Tropical and PTO Facebook page, and on campus. We will also provide a donation receipt with the PTOs EIN number for your records.
