I am writing on behalf of the Highland Elementary School PTO in Columbia Heights, MN to request a donation for our silent auction scheduled for Friday, November 17th, 2023.  At our Turkey Bingo & Silent Auction event, typically attended by about 300 community members we auction off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours.  The event proceeds will help pay for much needed grants we provide the teachers and classes of Highland Elementary School.

 
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make.  Should you make a donation for the silent auction, we will recognize your business on auction displays at the event as well as in the PTO email updates we send to parents and families.  If requested, we can also provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO's tax exempt ID number for your records.  

Donations can be mailed or dropped off to: Highland PTO, 1500 49th Avenue NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421.  I am also happy to pick up any donations directly from your business at your convenience.
