I am reaching out on behalf of Twin Lakes Christian School as we prepare for our upcoming Annual School Auction
starting on March 28, 2025. This important event has helped us fund vital programs that enrich the educational
experience of our students – programs like technology upgrades, extracurricular activities, and classroom
resources.
We are seeking donations from local businesses and community members to support the auction whether in the
form of goods, services, or gift certificates. In exchange, your business will receive exposure through our event
marketing, including:
● Online Auction Platform: Your business will be highlighted on Bidding for Good, a nationally recognized
auction platform, accessible to thousands of bidders.
● Event Promotion: We will promote your donation via email, social media, and our church newsletters,
which reach over 2,000 families and local community members.
● Recognition: Donors will be acknowledged in our event materials and on-site signage.
Our goal this year is to raise $170,000, which will be used to purchase a new scoreboard for our athletic field,
upgrade classroom technology, and curriculum. We welcome both products and services, every donation is
appreciated.
