Description
Twin Lakes Elementary school is holding their annual Otterfest Carnival on Friday, March 22, 2019. This event is put on by the school's PTO and also includes a silent auction and raffle to raise funds for the school. All proceeds to to the school's PTO who helps provide funding for school field trips, playground equipment, upragding technology along with helping with other student and staff needs to make our school and classrooms even better.
