Twenty One years ago, TEAMability began a visionary journey that would forever change the lives of children with complex disabilities and their families.   At TEAMability, we see ability first. We believe in identifying human potential; encouraging achievement of the seemingly impossible; and giving every individual with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy of meaningful participation in life. TEAMability imagines a community that challenges assumptions and advances the service delivery standard for ALL persons with special needs. We need your help to change society’s attitude toward persons with disabilities.  We must continue to provide access to critical therapy services, and we must dedicate the resources necessary to ensure we have a team of highly qualified, passionate, professionals providing superior services.   

We invite you to join us at our Annual TEAMability Two-Step Gala on Friday, March 28, 2025 at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg Skyroom for a fun and inspirational evening celebrating the individuals we serve; their families and our skilled and dedicated team of educators and therapists. Enjoy campfire cocktails, silent and live auctions, a Texas-style dinner, and lively dancing to the tunes of Cactus Country Band. Our goal is to raise $450,000, which will directly benefit the clients we serve. Last year, we welcomed 400 guests.Sponsorship opportunities range from $3,000 for Cowboy Sponsors to $30,000 for Frontier Sponsor/Presenting level.
