UnitedHealthcare Nevada is excited to announce the
13th annual UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation
(UHCCF) Teddy Bear 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk on
Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Tivoli Village,
Las Vegas.
You’re invited to become a sponsor, vendor or donor
for this rewarding, family-friendly event. Sponsorship
packages are listed below and range from $500 up
to the premier level of $5,000. Event vendors are
able to display and give away items to promote their
business or organization *(sales are prohibited).
UHCCF provides medical grants to children to help
pay for medical treatments, services or equipment
not covered, or not fully covered, by a family’s
commercial insurance plan. Families who qualify
for assistance can receive up to $5,000 annually
to help pay for medical services, such as physical,
occupational and speech therapy, counseling
services, surgeries, prescriptions, wheelchairs,
and more.
