 We hope you can help us – we are looking for donations for the annual Swing-In Auction Party and Golf Tournament led by the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) Development Board, which raises funds for much-needed scholarships. Thanks to our generous sponsors and friends, the 2022 event successfully raised over $379,500 for our bright and deserving Incarnate Word students.  

Would you consider joining our efforts by donating any item(s) that would generate interest or fun for our guests at our Swing-In Auction Party?  When you make a donation to our event, you have the opportunity to generate more business! On average, 550 of San Antonio’s most affluent citizens attend UIW Swing-In. Take advantage of this opportunity to create awareness, increase brand recognition, promote customer loyalty, and meet new potential clients. As thanks for your donation, we advertise your business on the Swing-In webpage, on our online bidding platform, and at the event in the Auction. 

 Our 46th Annual Swing-In Auction Party will take place Thursday, May 18, at the University of the Incarnate Word McCombs Center Rosenberg Sky Room. The golf tournament will follow on Friday, May 19, at The Quarry Golf Course.  

 All proceeds raised from the auction directly benefit the University’s scholarship fund to ensure the continuation of higher education for our students.  

 To make a donation, please complete the enclosed form -  We would like to receive or arrange for the pick-up of all items on or before  Friday, April 14.
