The Lone Pine Ukrainian Family Aid (LPUFA) was formed in 2022 by a group of neighbors and friends to sponsor and support a Ukrainian family to live in Sonoma County for up to two years under the government’s Uniting for Ukraine program. During the past year we have added a second family that we are financially supporting.

There are now at least 35 Ukrainians who fled their country and are now living in Sonoma County! The LPUFA supports many of them by providing information, advice, and consultation.

We are raising funds to support the families during their two years in the US for areas such as rent, utilities, gas, insurance, education, health care, etc.

A silent and live auction will be held at the Ukrainian Family Aid Golf Tournament on October 13, 2023 at the Foxtail Golf Course in Rohnert Park. For more information, go to ukrainianfamilyaid.org.
