This fundraising even is a raffle event/ penny social organized by the P.S. 19 Judith K. Weiss PTA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose goal is to support the students and staff of P.S. 19 Judith K. Weiss School in the Bronx, New York with funding for educational and enrichment programs, events and other student needs.  This event has always been our largest fundraiser, drawing over 200 people each year.  Unfortunately, due to the Covid pandemic, we were unable to host this event during the last two years, which makes this year's event all the more significant.  Our main goal this year is to help fund a robotics program for the students, which will enable them to compete in a citywide robotics competition at the end of the school year. 

At the event, we sell raffle tickets in various prize categories, from small to grand prizes.  All donors are acknowledged in our event brochure and socail medial pages. Our theme is "Under the Big Top."
