We represent St. Peter Claver Preschool and Kindergarten’s fundraising committee. This year our school is
holding a Dinner Dance and Silent Auction on April 9, 2022. The event is expected to be a fun evening for
families to spend time together and enjoy entertainment, great food and a wonderful auction. Our annual event
is the primary source of fundraising for the school year. Past events have raised funds for our school that have
allowed us to introduce a Music and Arts program, a Foreign Language Arts program, interactive white boards,
tablets for every teacher, new playground equipment and an outdoor shade area for our students.
One of the most significant revenue streams comes from our raffle and silent auction. We rely on the generous
donations of our parish community and local businesses to make our raffle and silent auction a success. If you
haven’t already done so please consider a tax deductible donation to our dinner dance silent auction. We
accept all donations. In the past items like gift cards, themed gift baskets and specialty art/collectibles garner a
great deal of raffle tickets and/or auction bids. Your participation is an integral part of maintaining our top notch
educational facility with a variety of specialized programs to enrich our students.
