Description

Under the Texas Stars is the Paluxy River Children's Advocacy Centers Gala. The PRCAC has been promoting the healing of child abuse victims in Hood, Somervell and Erath counties since 2006 by serving abused children and supportive family members by helping children move from hurting to healing to thriving.

For FY23, the PRCAC provided the following services: 88 Forensic Interviews, 1,244 Family Advocacy Services, 2,563 Counseling Sessions, 11,331 children received prevention education and 3,859 adults received training on recognizing and reporting child abuse.

Our Gala is March 2, 2024 at La Bella Luna in Granbury, TX. The celebration begins at 6:00 pm with cocktails, followed by dinner, silent and live auctions, and live music.

The proceeds from the Gala will be used to continue to provide essential services to abused children in our community.
