We are contacting you on behalf of University Methodist Primary School, which is an NAEYC accredited program that serves 235 children ages 12 months through 1st grade. Each year during San Antonio’s Fiesta, we hold a “Mini Fiesta” event at our school which is our biggest fundraiser as well as an opportunity to gather our students, families, and staff together to celebrate this exciting cultural event. Mini Fiesta includes carnival games, a vendor fair, music, and everyone’s favorite – cascarones! Mini Fiesta will be held at our school on Thursday, April 25th, 2024.
 
We are reaching out to see if your business would be interested in supporting our event  through the donation of an item or gift certificate for our silent auction. Funds raised this year will be used to enhance safety measures at our school entrance and add privacy screens on our playground fencing.
 
Silent Auction contributors will be featured on our Mini Fiesta auction site with hyperlinks to your designated page, and all donors will have their signs and donations displayed in our Atrium the week of the event as well as at Mini Fiesta. This event garners over 300 participants between our Primary School families, staff, and church members, and is a great opportunity to promote your business in the community. Sponsorship opportunities are also available – please ask for details!
