Description

To whom it may concern,

Each spring, the Upper Merion Mother’s Club (UMMC) gathers to celebrate a year of incredible accomplishments as stewards of our community:

Ensuring that children in need had gifts to open and families had meals to enjoy together for the holidays
Stocking the Upper Merion Food Cupboard to provide nutritious essentials for local families
Supporting local businesses through child and parent focused social events
Supporting our troops, local police, and fire departments
In addition, UMMC has become a safety net for families in Upper Merion, supporting each other through some of the most challenging years. What started as 25 families has grown to well over 200 since 1988!  Through this network, families continue to enrich the community that has provided an incredible environment to raise our children in.

To continue this invaluable work, UMMC gathers each year for the Upper Merion Mother’s Club Annual Fundraiser Dinner, which will be held on Friday, May 20th this year at Taphouse 23 in Bridgeport, PA.

UMMC needs your help to make the event a success!  With hundreds of Upper Merion residents connected to our club, your generosity will not go unnoticed, as we recognize all supporters on our website, social media, newsletter, and of course, at the event. Please support us by donating a basket, a gift certificate for a service, or a tangible item. Another option to consider is a tax-deductible contribution to our Community Fund.

UMMC relies on the support of generous donors such as you to ensure the success of our future as a primary support to families in the Upper Merion community. We plan to follow up with you in the coming weeks and thank you in advance for considering our request. If you are ready to make a contribution, please do so to the committee member you spoke with, or mail it to the address above.
