We are holding a fundraiser/basket raffle prior to the holiday season this fall and are hoping to be able to raffle off gift cards, tickets, or season passes from North Country local businesses of any denomination available ($25-$200+). Basket Raffle Donation Flyer

Upward Bound Scholars Inc. is a non-profit that supports local high school students in the North Country (Clinton, Essex & Franklin counties of NY) who participate in the SUNY Plattsburgh TRIO Upward Bound Program with educational scholarships. Examples of our types of scholarships include, but are not limited to: financial assistance in helping pay for dual enrollment college credits, AP exam fees, college application fees, as well as individual college scholarships.

We serve 209 local high school students, but our fundraiser would be open to the public and could potentially serve over 2,500 people in our local area.
