We would love for you to join the UNT Dallas TRIO family’s campaign to GETUP (Generate Experiences to Unleash Potential)! Our education system’s purpose is to enable every student to have the knowledge and skills to reach their full potential – which requires students to be college and career ready. But for far too many students, the system is falling short.

UNT Dallas Trio programs service first generation students who are U. S. citizens or permanent residents, planning to graduate high school and pursue a degree of their choice. Our goal is to help individual students find the best university or college for them. We are calling upon schools, families, and community partners to work together to continue to support our mission to and to GETUP. Annually, our program provides personalized academic advising, student and parent workshops, financial literacy, collegiate tours & information sessions, and cultural enrichment trips.
