C5 Los Angeles is an award winning youth leadership and college access program that identifies first generation under-resourced youth in LA and supports them as they navigate high school, apply to and matriculate in and complete college on their way to their first career. Our innovative program that combines outdoor adventure and college access has been supporting youth for over 22 years.

Through our programs, we strive to level the playing field and help our young people create the future they want to see for themselves and their communities. Our results are remarkable with 100% of our student leaders graduating high school, 95% matriculating to college and over 80% either persisting or completing college in 6 years.

As a nonprofit, we rely on the generous support of partners to continue our vital work to make a positive impact in the lives of the youth we serve. To that end, we are organizing our annual fundraiser - Urban Campfire, a friends and family event at Calamigos Ranch on Sunday October 15th.

Urban Campfire is a friends and family fundraiser that allows guests to meet students and alumni in the program, and experience a day in the life of our summer camp while enjoying a BBQ lunch and activities like pedal boating, corn hole, bocce ball, sand volleyball, giant jenga, silent auction, raffles and more. Students also get the opportunity to network with donors/supporters, and guests in attendance get a hands-on experience of what our summers are all about.
