Hosted at Deer Creek, “The Jewel” of Durham Region, this offering is a collective effort of UTSC’s leaders, staff, faculty, alumni, and many community and corporate friends. The day is not only for experienced golfers. We have a learn-to-golf component, as well as yoga for those who want to enjoy the Deer Creek scenery in a different way. 

Historically, the event has engaged UTSC's community of staff, alumni, vendors, and corporate partners, leading to an event that reaches individuals with an interest in community giving and high-quality hospitality experiences. Our attendees work and live in the GTA, and our event marketing and outreach is expected to be over 36,000, including 200 in-person guests for the golf tournament, and 10,000 impressions on our auction site. 

Funds from this event support Indigenous House, an important and much-needed step forward on the path to Reconciliation and the most highly visible hub by which Indigeneity will extend across the UTSC campus.
