The University of Toronto Scarborough is thrilled to be celebrating our 11th Annual
Golf Day, presented by EllisDon.

Hosted at Deer Creek, “The Jewel” of Durham Region, it promises to be a great
day of golf and fun all while supporting a worthy cause. This year, all proceeds
support our greatest priority, Scarborough Academy of Medicine and
Integrated Health (SAMIH), a hub for training and strengthening connections
among healthcare providers in Scarborough and Eastern GTA.

The Scarborough Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health (SAMIH) is a very
exciting and timely initiative. The project will provide a much-needed training
facility for physicians and healthcare professionals and allow residents to be
part of the bigger, future-building initiative in healthcare. It will address the
under-met health needs of the eastern Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including
Scarborough and Durham Region.
