Apple Valley Baseball Season Kickoff Spaghetti Dinner In-Kind Donation Request

Dear Donor/Sponsor,

On behalf of the Apple Valley Baseball program, we are excited to announce our upcoming Season Kickoff Spaghetti Dinner on April 6th, 2025 at the Apple Valley American Legion. This event marks the start of a new baseball season and serves as a community gathering to celebrate and support our local players from Kindergarten through High School Varsity.

To make this event a success, we are reaching out to businesses and individuals like you to help make this dinner a memorable experience for everyone in attendance. We would be incredibly grateful if you could support us through an in-kind donation for our raffle basket and silent auction tables.

How You Can Help:

We are seeking donations of the following:

Gift Cards, Vouchers, promotional items for our raffle baskets or silent auction table.
Your generous contribution will directly support the Apple Valley 12u Cooperstown Baseball team, helping us raise funds for our team uniforms, equipment, and tournament fees for their upcoming trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park in New York. We will be proudly recognizing all donors at the event and in our program materials.
