I am writing on behalf of the Valley View Elementary School PTA in La Crescenta, part of the Glendale Unified School District. We are a non-profit facility and fall under IRS tax exemption 501 c (3). May 4th 2023 PTA will hold our major fundraiser, a Silent Auction. This event raises funds for special events and programs at our school as well as celebrates the community that makes up our wonderful school.
The money raised from this event are used to fund meaningful school programs such as Red Ribbon Week, a week long focus on drug prevention and healthy choices, Reflection Workshops ,art supplies, buses for field trips, assemblies, parent education, and requests from the school to enrich the academic curriculum.
