The Valley Vine & Harvest Throwdown is Canvas Health’s signature chef competition. During the Valley Vine & Harvest Throwdown, each competing chef will prepare a mini-entrée made with at least one local ingredient and paired with a fine wine. After enjoying each dish, guests will vote for their favorite to receive the coveted Top Chef of the Valley Award. Valley Vine & Harvest Throwdown, which raises money to help provide services to people struggling with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis situations, and trauma.
