Enjoy the ultimate Golf Experience while supporting the VFBA Class of 2023 on September 10, 2022. Held on the beautiful Hickory Valley Golf Course, this tournament is our biggest community fundraiser, which will not only help us with our Senior Trip, but also purchase a Class Gift that will leave a lasting legacy at our school on behalf of our class. 

We know that many businesses have suffered as well, and we are hoping that in your support for us, we can in turn help you to continue your current business relations and perhaps build some new customer relations by using your donated items to bring in additional revenue to your business because your name will be advertised at our tournament. Would you consider helping us obtain our goal?

Here are some ways you can participate:
- Tournament Sponsorships Levels: Title ($1,000), Platinum ($500), Gold ($125) or Patron ($100); Valley Forge Baptist Tax ID #25-1481355
- Register a Foursome: cost is $420; or for one player, $110; Register at vfba.org -> Support VFBA -> Patriot Golf

Registration includes your green fee and golf cart, lunch, snacks and beverages, full course dinner, longest drive, closet to pin, straightest drive, door prizes, team awards, shotgun start, and so much more!

- Charitable donations: Cash contributions help defray costs
-In-Kind donations: awards and prizes for our golfers
(suggestions: items that have your corporate logo, items with no advertisements, or funds to purchase door prizes. Your business cards can be attached to any items that are donated. Items to consider: umbrellas, shirts, golf balls, gloves, golf clubs, golf towels, water bottles, slickers, duffle bags, etc. Businesses can also donate their services or items related to their business as a giveaway as well. Some ideas may include dinner, dental visit, floral arrangements, gift certificates, chiropractic adjustments, haircuts, etc. These giveaways provide both fun and value to the participants of the tournament.

The deadline is Monday, August 31, 2002, for all sponsorship monies, artwork for signs, and printing. Please make your check payable to VFBA. Artwork may be submitted via email as a jpeg, to promote your business. You can mail your donations to 616 S. Trappe Road, Collegeville, PA 19426 Attn: Debie Grace.
